MASKED BOOK
This book contains some of the pictures from the photographic work: “Enmascarados”. Javier Tresguerres is a Scriptwriter, producer, director of photography in his own movies, draftsman, and, of course, photographer. After thirthy years of experience in cinema, TV and advertisings’ audiovisual activity, He decided to open his world and deepest urges to an unknown audience. Javier believe that “Enmascarados” expresses for the first time directly his fascination for erotism, solitude, fear, and the game of appearance, under the light of Caravaggio and the learning of photographic expressionism. In a 8 year effort that includes pictures, sketches, modeling, and mask and accessories construction and also photographies that put the cap on the creative process.

Este libro contiene una selección de las imágenes de la obra fotográfica “Enmascarados”. Javier Tresguerres es guionista, realizador, director de fotografía de sus propias películas, dibujante y, vitalmente, fotógrafo. En resumen, artista. Después de más de treinta años de actividad en televisión, publicidad y cine independiente, ha decidido romper con todo para mostrar su mundo vital hasta ahora oculto. Son sus pulsiones secretas, privadas, antes compartidas sólo con las amistades más íntimas. The book «Enmascarados» is a self-published work by Javier Tresguerres. It contains 160 photographs, mostly unpublished, and numerous drawings of the original designs as well as images of the construction processes of the masks and accessories used in the photographs. Also highlighting the explanatory texts of the creative concept of Masked. With a small summary and the titles of the photographs also in EnglishPrinted in the best quality offset, with 178 pages in heavy weight paper and semi-gloss finish.
